Is your company or agency looking for beautiful countryside locations to shoot your latest campaign? Perhaps you’re finding it difficult to find great, spacious locations in London which also provide all the facilities you need to accommodate a large scale production?
Whether you’re looking for somewhere steeped in history, or you envision beautiful outdoor spaces with picturesque landscapes, Harrow School has many locations and buildings, dating between 1615 to 2011, spread across 300 acres of countryside in North London, which can comfortably accommodate your production requirements. Alongside historic locations, our venue has many classrooms and other rooms that work suitably as green rooms and dressing rooms for hair and make up.
Having provided the backdrop to many feature films, dramas and photoshoots over the past 20 years, our venue locations can be seen featured in publications including GQ, Vogue, Ralph Lauren and Burberry, as well as providing the location for television and films including Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, The Crown and Dr Foster. We have shared a few of Harrow School’s many great spaces to feature in your next photoshoot, feature film, drama or documentary.
Chapel Terrace
This vast open space sits in front of the School’s Grade II* listed Chapel, a beautiful gothic-style building designed between 1854-57 by Sir George Gilbert Scott. A popular location for our wedding guests, The Chapel Terrace provides a backdrop of London’s city skyline, with Wembley Stadium and The Shard within eyeshot.
The Fourth Form Room
The spiritual heart of Harrow School, the Fourth Form Room is the crown jewels of all our venues. Dating back to 1615, this room was the original classroom for the School. This venue is only available for the most select of events, but can be used for filming and photoshoots. Surround yourself with our Alumni, also known as the Giants of Old. The Fourth Form Room is located within the Old Schools Building which offers superb views of Harrow on the Hill.
Sports Facilities
Located in 250 acres of stunning grounds, Harrow School Fitness Club has several locations to offer for filming and photoshoots. These include but are not limited to:
- AstroTurf pitches 2G and 3G AGP
- An elite athlete performance suite
- Multi-use function room
- Cricket pitches (seasonal only)
- 12 all-weather tennis courts
- Climbing wall
- Swimming pool (L 25m x W 17m x D 1.8m)
- Running track
