Circuits Tuesday

19.00 – 20.00

A mixture of cardiovascular and resistance exercises designed to give you a great workout and help you achieve your goals. This popular class is led by Wendy who changes the routine regularly.


Tuesday & Wednesday 19.00 – 20.00

Involves breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures. Excellent for health and relaxation.

Swim Fit

Wednesday 20.00 – 20.45

Another very popular class for those who can swim more than

50m breaststroke, 50m front crawl and 50m backstroke each without stopping.

Linda combines fitness in the pool with speed and stroke improvement.

Family Friday

19.00 – 20.45

An evening for the whole family to enjoy including splash time in the pool and games and activities in the sports hall.




Tuesday evening

7 – 8pm

From 2nd April 2019

We are trialling a second Yoga class for 8 weeks.

If the average attendance numbers across the two classes are sufficient then we will continue to run them both on a regular basis.

Booking for Wednesday remains unaltered.

If you are interested in the Tuesday class then bookings can be made at reception now.

Casual and swim only members £4 per class
