Stretch & Move
BD’s basic stretch and calisthenics class
This is a stretch class with basic movement patterns including squatting, hinging, crawling and more.
This class is open to all levels.
FBW
BD’s full body weight training workouts
Classic weight training for upper and lower body conditioning using barbells and dumbbells.
This class is for all levels.
Beach Body
BD’s body sculpting weight training workouts
Weight training class to get you ready for the beach using exercises to target the torso, lower body and arm muscles.
Weight training experience is required to attend.
Warrior
BD’s Martial Arts conditioning class
A conditioning-based class focused on the martial arts and traditional-styles of training.
1+ year of weight training experience is required to attend.
Strength
BD’s squats/chin/dips + deadlift/bench press/row strength class
A class based around the basic compound movements to help improve total body strength. Focus will be put upon Squats/Chin Ups/Dips and Deadlift/Bench Press/Rows.
1+ year of weight training experience is required to attend.
