Group Exercise

Harrow School Sports Club operates a small but rewarding group exercise programme. Classes are free for full members, or discounted for members on other categories. Details of the timetable are given below.

Mondays

Body Conditioning | 1900-2000

A low tempo total body workout using both weights and body weight.

Tuesdays

Circuits | 1900-2000

A mix of cardiovascular and resistance exercises; circuits is designed to give you a great workout and help you achieve your goals.

Wednesdays

PIYO | 1900-2000

Wendy brings you a combination of Pilates & Yoga. Due to its popularity this session must be pre-booked.

Swimfit | 2000-2045

A great fitness and endurance class in the pool with Linda; only for those who can swim more than 50m without stopping.

Fridays

Family Fridays | 1900-2045

Sonia & Spencer supervise and lead the activities on Family Fridays. A one hour forty five minute session with splash & fun in the pool, followed by activities in the Sports Hall.
