What is the relationship between Harrow School and Harrow School Enterprises Ltd. (HSEL)?
Harrow School Enterprises Ltd. is the commercial arm of Harrow School. Under Charities Commission regulations, Harrow School itself cannot trade for profit. Harrow School Enterprises Ltd. was set up to enable the School to maximise revenue from its facilities, when the facilities are not required by the School. Harrow School Enterprises Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Harrow School.

What happens to the profits made by HSEL?
The profits from HSEL's commercial enterprises are used for the development of Harrow School. The School does not make a profit and needs funds over and above school fees paid by parents in order to maintain and develop its facilities and offer scholarships to pupils.

Who works for HSEL?
We are a team of 8 full-time and 3 part-time staff based just off the Harrow on the Hill High Street.
